OUR STORY
A waffle and a bagel were never meant to share a kitchen. We sat them side by side anyway, took the food seriously, took ourselves a lot less so, and built a
place worth waking up for.
Two things,
done properly.
We don’t do a hundred things. We do a signature waffle and a properly stacked bagel, plain, multigrain or poppy seed, and we do them like they matter, because to us they do.
Everything around them earns its place: organic produce from local farms, juice squeezed in-house every morning, sticky chilli jam and butter beans made from scratch in our own kitchen, and specialty coffee pulled as a double shot by default. No shortcuts hiding behind a nice menu.

Good brunch doesn’t start in a delivery van. Ours starts on local farms — real soil, real growers, real food — close enough that what lands on your plate hasn’t travelled further than you have.
Our promise is simple: we won’t serve you anything we wouldn’t happily eat ourselves.

Chantilly cream, homemade syrup and a homemade espresso shot, dusted with cocoa over our signature sweet waffle.

Fresh halloumi with our homemade sticky chilli jam, spinach and red onions on a warm bagel.

Beef patty and melted American cheese on our savoury waffle, topped with crispy onions, truffle mayo and onion marmalade.
